Palm Springs Training Facility

At Palm Springs Training Facility (“PSTF”), we are committed to clarity and transparency regarding memberships, training services, and retail purchases. Please review the following policy before enrolling or making a purchase.

Memberships

Cancellation

Memberships require 30 days’ written notice to cancel unless otherwise specified in your signed agreement.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Fees during the notice period remain due. Partial months are not prorated.

California Statutory Cancellation Rights

In accordance with California health studio regulations, members may cancel within the applicable statutory window following purchase. Please refer to your signed agreement for full details.

Relocation / Disability

If you relocate more than 25 miles from PSTF or become permanently disabled, cancellation options may be available as outlined in your membership agreement.

Personal Training (If Included in Membership)

Personal training sessions are valid during the active membership period unless otherwise stated. Unused sessions do not roll over unless specified in writing.

Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited according to scheduling policies.

Training services are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

Payments

Late fees may apply to unpaid balances.

Retail Purchases

Retail purchases are pickup in-gym only.
Shipping is not available.
California sales tax applies.

All retail sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
